Let’s Dance

On Friday, March 7th Marshall Elementary School students danced, slid, spun and formed conga lines during the first-ever Marshall Dance-a-thon. In an effort to help support fitness-based activities and “living” CATCH, the PTA's dance-a-thon not only helped raise funds for the school but also provided students a fun way to shake off the winter blues.

Each grade (K-2) was assigned a 45-minute period where a DJ led students and teachers through an interactive session including the Macarena, Chicken Dance, Cha-Cha, Slide, and much more. All students—whether collected sponsors or not—participated in the event and showed their Marshall spirit on the dance floor!
